This gorgeous (and tasty!) non-alcoholic drink is not just for Easter – it can be enjoyed year-round. Switch out the festive sprinkles for the occasion you’re celebrating!

I’m calling it an “Easter Mocktail” because I felt inspired to create a pretty pink mocktail when my mama recently gifted me with some thoughtful Easter goodies.

Ingredients You’ll Need

Overhead view ingredients needed for making a pink mocktail with overlay text for labeling the ingredients.
  • Milk – I used whole milk, but reduced-fat or skim milk can be used. I haven’t personally tried it, but I’m thinking almond or soy milk may be delicious as well!
  • Grenadine syrup
  • Cream of coconut – NOT coconut cream. Cream of coconut is typically found in the grocery store aisle with drink mixers.
  • Light corn syrup – For rimming the glass. Honey can also be used.
  • Sprinkles – I used pastel Easter-themed sprinkles. Use the sprinkles that inspire you to make this drink “pop” in the way you love!

Mix it Up!

Make a Large Batch

This mocktail can be made in a pitcher and poured over ice when ready to serve. On the recipe card at the bottom, simply toggle the number of servings to your desired number of servings. Pour the ingredients into a pitcher, stir to combine, and serve in individual glasses with ice.

How it Tastes

This mocktail is super-sweet; I definitely consider it a dessert drink! It is rich and creamy, with a fruity coconut flavor. Feel free to adjust the amount(s) of grenadine and cream of coconut to suit your taste.

Enjoy, and happy Easter to you and your family!
