Skip the store-bought simple syrup because it's so easy to make from scratch at home!
Servings 24 tablespoons
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Stirring occasionally, heat until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
- Yields approximately 1.5 cups.
- When stored properly in a well-sealed jar or airtight container, this will keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
