This non-alcoholic Jack Frost Mocktail is just as delicious as the original Jack Frost – but without the booze! This festive and frosty frozen blue mocktail will be a hit at your holiday gatherings.

If you’ve ever tried the original Jack Frost Cocktail – you know just how dangerously delicious it is. After lots of recipe testing, I came up with a delicious alcohol-free version of this drink that everyone can enjoy!

Why You’ll Love This Christmas Mocktail

Ingredients Needed

Pineapple juice, a bowl of ice, corn syrup, flaked coconut, blue food coloring, and cream of coconut.
  • Ice
  • Pineapple juice
  • Cream of coconut – Be sure to use cream of coconut and not coconut cream – they are not the same.
  • Blue food coloring – This gives the mocktail its beautiful blue hue.
  • Corn syrup and coconut flakes – for rimming the glasses.

  1. Rim the glasses: Pour a small amount of corn syrup onto a small plate. On another small plate, place the coconut. Dip the rim of each glass into the corn syrup, then into the coconut.
  2. Blend the mocktail: Place the ice, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and 6 to 8 drops of the food coloring in your blender pitcher. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into the prepared glasses, and enjoy!

Common Questions

How much blue food coloring should I use?

I typically use 8 drops. If you’re concerned about this drink being too dark blue, I’d start at 3 or 4 drops and add more until you’re happy with the color.

What else can I use besides corn syrup for rimming the glasses?

Honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar can be used in place of the corn syrup.

How much does this recipe yield?

Cream of coconut is typically found in the drink mixers aisle of the grocery store.

Jack Frost Mocktail

This easy and delicious non-alcoholic Jack Frost Mocktail lets everyone enjoy a Jack Frost winter drink prepared with simple ingredients!

Ingredients

For rimming the glasses:

  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup sweetened coconut flakes

For the mocktail:

  • 6 cups ice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup cream of coconut NOT coconut cream
  • 6 to 8 drops blue food coloring (I use 8)

Instructions

  • Pour the corn syrup onto a small plate. On another small plate, place the coconut. Dip the rim of each glass into the corn syrup, then into the coconut.
  • Place the ice, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and 6 to 8 drops of the food coloring in your blender pitcher. Cover and blend until smooth. Add more food coloring until your desired color is reached.
  • Pour into the prepared glasses, and enjoy!
