A Lemon Mocktail Everyone Can Enjoy

This mocktail is super-easy to mix up and uses simple ingredients. No advanced mixology skills are needed here! Whether you’re planning a festive brunch, a baby shower, or simply want a refreshing treat on a hot summer day, this drink is the perfect choice.

Ingredients Needed

  • Lemon juice – Although bottled lemon juice can be used in this recipe, freshly squeezed is always best for a vibrant citrus flavor.
  • Simple syrup – This is typically found on the grocery store aisle with the drink mixers. Or make your own homemade simple syrup – it’s so easy!
  • Club soda – Sparkling water can be substituted for club soda.
  • Sugar – For rimming the glass. I used white sparkling sugar that I found in the cake decorating section of the grocery store – but plain granulated sugar works just fine!
  • Garnish – Although garnish is totally optional, a lemon twist gives this mocktail such a beautiful presentation with the sugar-rimmed martini glass.

  2. Mix: Pour the lemon juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice. Cover and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into the prepared glass and pour in the club soda.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist, and enjoy!
